For nearly 50 years, Central Piedmont Community College has been a driving force in the success of individuals and the companies who employ them. The Corporate Learning Center is committed to preparing a ready, skilled and knowledgeable workforce and it's evident in thousands of local enterprises from healthcare to manufacturing to banking. The Corporate Learning Center
The Corporate Learning Center at CPCC serves the learning and development needs of businesses and organizations. They are continually updating and enhancing their offered courses and programs to respond to what businesses describe as organizational effectiveness needs. The Center receives input from multiple advisory committees made up of industry leaders, as well as the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce.
The Corporate Learning Center has three tracks to delivery quality learning programs, customized to a company's specific talent management needs.

Workplace Learning
Leverage the strength of CPCC in its entirety by working with them to place students into your business environment as they experience innovative models of hands-on learning, including apprenticeships and co-ops (internships).
The Corporate Learning Center strives to understand the specific needs of your business, including whether you want to utilize needs assessment tools. They will then customize the training and give you the option of having the training delivered at your site or at their state-of-the-art Corporate Training and Conference Center at CPCC's Harris Campus.
